  • Be strategical to ensure that all your answers are geared towards the needs of the position offered by the employer.
  • Answer the questions carefully and professional and in a friendly manner.
  • Leave room for spontaneity and creativity.
  • Ask for clarification if you do not understand the question.
  • Make your questions.
  • If necessary, ask for information about your answers.
  • Prepare to monitor, ask what the next steps are after your conversation with the recruiter.
  • Get the name and phone number of the recruiter before leaving the track.
  • Do not leave without a firm handshake and thank the interviewer for spending time with you.
  • If necessary, restate your interest in the job before leaving.
